Guidelines for businesses that wish to allow food trucks to set up on their property:
- Contact the Planning & Zoning Department to confirm business is appropriate for how the property is zoned.
- Provide a letter of permission or copy of the signed contract for a vendor.
- Confirm Vendor has applied for a Business License from the city of Sherwood and an A&P permit from the city of Sherwood.
Guidelines for food trucks:
- Apply for a city of Sherwood Business License and A&P Permit.
- Provide trailer/truck information during the application process.
- Provide a letter of permission or a signed copy of a contract from the business location. *NOTE-Please confirm with our Zoning/Planning Department that the proposed location is zoned correctly before signing a contract.
