Kallie McCullough
City Council Member, Ward 1, Position 2

Kallie McCullough was elected to the Sherwood City Council in November 2024, representing Ward 1, Position 2. A passionate advocate for her community, Kallie brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and public service to her role as a city council member.
With a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Oklahoma and certifications in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, Kallie spent 14 years teaching music in Oklahoma, earning recognition as Teacher of the Year at her school and being named a top 5 finalist for District Teacher of the Year in Midwest City-Del City Schools. She was also an active member of the Music Curriculum Development Committee. After relocating to Sherwood in 2015, Kallie continued her educational career, teaching at Immaculate Conception Catholic School in North Little Rock, where she now teaches Pre-K through 8th Grade music and directs two children’s choirs.
In addition to her work in education, Kallie is deeply committed to her church and community. She has volunteered with the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church's Hospitality Committee, served as a cantor, and coached volleyball at Immaculate Conception School. Kallie also
co-founded a global data consultancy and services company with her husband, Tom, in 2024.
Kallie is dedicated to serving the Sherwood community, where she and her family have lived for nearly a decade. She and her husband, along with their children, are active members of the community, and Kallie is passionate about building strong relationships and creating positive change for Sherwood’s residents.
